Booking reservation
In order to guarantee your reservation, LE BOSQUET will require your credit card number, as well as the expiration date and the CVC code (the 3 numbers at the back of your card).
We will debit 25% of the total amount when booking. The rest of the payment should be paid, without our asking for it, a month before the proposed arrival date.
Your reservation is guaranteed as per rates and conditions as indicated for the requested dates and period.
Extra services have to be paid upon check out.
If you book less than one month before your stay, the total amount will be paid by credit card.
Rates can be amended by LE BOSQUET if the number of person(s) accommodated in the flat(s) is not the same as originally reserved.
These rates or conditions may not be applicable to future reservations.
We strongly advise you to take out an insurance in case of cancellation.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be submitted by email or fax or letter.
If you cancel more than 42 days before your stay, 40 € will be charged per flat, then :
Between 42 & 30 days, 25 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged,
Between 29 & 15 days, 50 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged,
Less than 2 weeks, the total amount will be due.
We don't refund in case of late arrival or early departure: we charge for the full length of the stay booked. |
